Job Description:

NEA is looking to hire a permanent and full time based Receptionist and Admin Assistant for their Dubai Office with minimum 5 years (out of 3 years must be based in the UAE) relevant experience in the field of Reception and Administration. Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Administration or any equivalent Professional Qualification.

The main purpose of the position is to carry out reception duties and provide administrative support across the company to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Also, provide professional and confidential administration services to support effective service delivery and day-to-day functioning, as well as being proficient in English speaking and writing.
